We want you and your cat to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
## Returns
You have **30 days** from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for health and safety reasons, we can't accept opened supplement products unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
To start a return, email us at **speerya1@gmail.com** with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your return is approved and provide instructions before you send anything back.
## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at speerya1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
## Return Shipping
For returns not related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
## Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, email us at speerya1@gmail.com.
